This guide provides an overview of the various local public health preparedness tools available from CPHPs across the nation for use by public health agencies. Tools are tangible, practical resources intended to provide guidance to public health agencies as they address training and capacity needs in public health preparedness and response. Tools included are descriptions of 35 assessments, checklists, curricula and tools for trainers, exercise and drill templates, tabletop guides, exercise evaluations, job action sheets, learning management systems, manuals and reference guides, protocols, and training plan templates.
